Tobi is one of the founders of the group and has been involved with real estate since an early age. In addition to Private Sanctuary, his family develops and manages real estate in Hong Kong, Macau, London and Germany. His international network and management facilitation around Asia, paired with his many years of experience in villa and resort development, allow Tobi to perform key strategic management and sales duties for the company.

Tobi is an Alumni Ambassador for Lancaster University Management School and WHU. He is a licensed real estate agent in Hong Kong, Full Member of the Hong Kong Management Association and Fellow at the Hong Kong Institute of Directors.

As a Member of Rotary International (link: www.rcosh.org) he has a hands on approach to reach out to those that are in need.

Before becoming one of the founders of Private Sanctuary, Daniel's career brought along involvement in a significant range of large scale and infrastructure projects as well as medium and small scale works giving Daniel a broad prospect on building projects of all sectors whilst creating solutions with valuable, long-lasting impact to clients and communities.

As an architect Daniel has accumulated a vast portfolio of work through involvement in projects such as the Transformation of St. Pancras Station in London, the redevelopment of New Delhi Station, Dubai Metro, MTRC’s Austin station and modification of MTRC’s Sheung Wan station, as well as major hospitality projects such as the Grand Venetian Cotai and the Entry Plaza of Ocean Park in Hong Kong. A growing number of  bars, restaurants, resorts and retail stores continue to be added to his portfolio.

With the skill of imagination and implementation Daniel is always studying planning options and visions for potential developments of Private Sanctuary long before these become real projects.

He is also involved in education of future generations of architects as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong where Daniel is involved in teaching the Masters Program for Urban Design.

Daniel is serving the community with the understanding of outreach and therefore has been a co-author of non-profit artwork projects on a number of occasions, including the Hong Kong – Shenzen international architecture biennale.

As a Member of Rotary International he implements a hands on approach to reach out to those that are in need.

Markus has an interdisciplinary background in strategic management, marketing and sociology and especially focusing on the area of strategic resort and tourism development that gave him the required insight needed for sustainable business development with a view to integrate with the community.

Dr Schuckert has published in tourism-related journals, edited books and presented his research in international conferences and is currently Professor and Department Chair at the University of New Hampshire.

Rudy is Private Sanctuary's Indonesian partner and an expert of the local property market in Lombok. Rudy's input and extensive network helps the team to integrate succesfully into the local market providing better results and opportunities for our clients.

Rudy Roedyanto is the Head of International Relations at the National Badminton Association of Indonesia (PBSI) and Council Member of the Badminton World Federation (BWF).

Frederick is our senior architect in the Jakarta office, which focuses in architecture, design, development and supervision of Private Sanctuary projects. He supervises the team’s detailed work to make our clients dreams become reality.

Prior to joining Private Sanctuary, Frederick was involved in projects in the hospital, office, campus, resort, retail shop and private houses throughout Indonesia.

June qualified as an accountant (FCCA/AHKICPA) whilst working for Kwan Wong Tan & Fong CPA (today: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu). She has worked at several companies as senior accountant, as well as several years of freelance accounting whilst raising her family. Private Sanctuary is pleased to have her on board in a fulltime position.
