In 2018 seven waterfront apartments were constructed along with a new reception, bar and guests toilets. In addition to this, a traditional Bamboo and alang alang pavilion was added for restaurant services on the waterfront. To compliment the restaurant, 5 Gazebos and other ancillary structures were built alongside the restaurant for guests to relax and enjoy their food and beverages at one of the best locations on the island.

The vacant land behind the existing apartments (owned by the resort) will allow for ten new rooms, 12 meter swimming pool and a pavilion for guests to relax by the pool. The construction for this part of the resort will start as soon the first investor comes on board.
